Integromics Biomarker Discovery® (IBD) is an easy-to-use bioinformatics application focused on preprocessing, normalization and interpretation of raw microarray gene expression data.
Powered by TIBCO® Spotfire®, IBD offers a visual and intuitive way to interact with data, combining advanced statistics and interactive visualizations to help users extract biological signals and draw reliable conclusions from gene expression data.
It includes specific workflows to support Illumina, two-channel and Affymetrix microarray platforms, amongst others, and offers state-of-the-art data mining tools for integrated analysis of experimental and functional data (e.g. gene annotations).
Designed for high-throughput studies, IBD uses a step-by-step guided workflow to aid statistical analysis of gene expression and aCGH data for biomarker discovery, helping users to rapidly produce meaningful and reliable results, regardless of experience.
IBD can be combined with RealTime StatMiner® and SeqSolve™ plug-ins for TIBCO Spotfire to provide a complete solution for gene expression analysis, and can be fully integrated with Ingenuity Pathway Analysis® (IPA) to help identify relevant biological processes and pathways and provide greater biological relevance for results.
