MicroRNAs (miRNAs), are small genomically encoded non-coding RNAs that have been associated to gene expression regulation and found to have important functions in biology. It is predicted that approximately 1000 human miRNAs will regulate more than 50% of all human protein-encoding genes (Bentwich et al, 2005). Studies have shown that miRNAs are involved with cell proliferation and have been linked to cancer by regulating known oncogenes.
Integromics and Applied Biosystems have developed Real-Time StatMiner miRNA analysis workflow tool to facilitate miRNA differential expression analysis.
During this webinar, you will learn:
- The results of Integromics and Applied Biosystems effort: our new miRNA megaplex workflow for high sensitivity and high throughput Real-Time detection with TaqMan® arrays and StatMiner™ software for data analysis.
- How to use Real-Time StatMiner™ Quality Control steps for a successful analysis of miRNA data.
- How Real-Time StatMiner™ eliminates the need to have several applications and interfaces to perform the data analysis.
- How to reduce the completion time of miRNA experimental reports, including gene fold change and the clustering of samples.
We look forward to your feedback.
